Thank you to everyone who joined us for the English Drinking Meetup!
The event, co-hosted by COURRiER Japon and Toranomon Language School, was a fantastic evening filled with fun and engaging English conversations at WeWork KDX Toranomon on May 29.
We appreciate your participation and enthusiasm in discussing your summer plans and the latest trends in your industries. The small group discussions and networking session made the evening truly memorable.

Here is what the event is all about
We discussed two conversation topics:
*What are your summer plans?
*What is the hottest/newest trend in your field/industry?
Event Flow:
- We divided into small groups of 4-5 people.
- Each group discussed one topic for 20 minutes in English.
- Each group then chose a presenter to share their group’s discussion with the entire group.
- We switched topics and groups, and repeat steps 2-4.
- We ended with a networking session.
*This was an all-English event. (It doesn’t matter if your English isn’t perfect!)

The next English Drinking MeetUp will be held on Wednesday June 26 in Shinagawa! We will announce the topics to be discussed and other details as soon as they are decided!
