For Private lessons:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please ensure to initiate cancellations within 24 hours before your scheduled lesson. For Monday lessons, cancellations are permissible until 16:00 on the preceding Friday. Notably, classes scheduled after school or national holidays necessitate cancellations by 16:00 (Mon. \u2013 Fri.) on the last working day preceding the holiday.  For any changes made after this 24-hour window, please contact contact@toranomon-ls.com<\/a><\/p>\n

For Group lessons:<\/strong>
Please contact contact@toranomon-ls.com<\/a> if you are running late or need to make a cancellation, or for any other questions.<\/p>\n

Being late for class<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please contact contact@toranomon-ls.com<\/a> as soon as possible. Toranomon Language School will let your instructor know.
If you have successfully contacted the school:
Your teacher will wait for you. Class will end on time as scheduled.
If you have not contacted the school about your delay:
Your teacher will wait for you for 15-20 minutes. After that, the online meeting for the lesson will be closed and you will not be able to enter. You will be charged the full amount for the lesson.<\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n

For private lessons, you will not be charged if you contact contact@toranomon-ls.com by 16:00 (4:00 PM) on the weekday preceding your lesson. Please book a new private lesson.<\/p>\n

Any cancellation after that will be counted as a class attendance and will use one membership ticket.<\/p>\n

Making changes to lesson times<\/strong><\/p>\n

For group lessons, we do not accept any schedule changes. We do not provide refunds for shorter attendance, nor do we provide extended lesson times.
